I'd vote yes, but you need to leave DIVX.

Hey Spawner!

I'm really glad you want to join DVAS. However, you would have to leave DivX in order to join us. Think this through, and when you have made your decision, let us know. Your application will be frozen until that.

Well, as he told me on Xfire, Spawner is not willing to leave the clans we is in. That means his application on DVAS will be rejected.
