Datis, I was just scrolling through the replies when i realized that all the new members voted yes, and the old ones weren't sure. And that cause of his history. As a democratic person i'm very glad that everyone can vote, but if were doing this there is only a small chance that the rules will be applied this time (cause all the positive votes from the new members would bring the balance in his favor).
Oh and to make something clear, although my text doesn't really imply it, i do hope that brave gets accepted in DVAS  , but not if that means that we won't apply the rules :s

well new members is often only voting yes actually untill they get the hang of the voting "flow" or what I shall call it...   But yeah the only way to fet a hang of it is to vote ^^

Anyways, my vote stays for the reason of I like the  guy he has a goo personality, but let me remind you, if you leave again, that's it

everyone can vote for an applicant.
now about his first kick out of the clan by mamba was that time correct. he was camping on DVAS servers when camping wasn't allowed. just played 2 sab matches with him and he still camps and don't play the objective.
the second time he quit cause "stop playing cod4".... he didn't stop, after DVAS he was if i'm not mistaken member of MZ ( not sure if it was MZ). he just wanted to scrim more...IMO.
again everyone can vote and need to vote so i can see which kind a person it is and ffs don't say nice guy if you never talked to him...

Sorry brave, but like what Datis said 'You're out once, you're out for good' means that he mayn't be accepted in this clan. And if the first ban in this clan was for a bad reason, he leaved the clan for second time by hisself, so I vote no.

I honestly do not understand any of this anymore. What are rules? Wut is lyfe? Wut is drugs? Etc. Anyways, why is is that if one person applies again after getting kicked out, we can say yes to him. Yet if another one tries to apply, we can magically just say no? I quote 
"if you leave the clan or get kicked will mean you will not allowed to make another application to re-join should you wish to return." Can we edit the rules and perhaps change the rule and make it so people have to wait a certain amount of time to re-apply? I mean honestly he even says he knows that he was acting immature or whatever back then and now he thinks he is better off. Besides, look at all of the other members who've been kicked out and yet we let some of them back

Yeah, just wait. Rocker said it a couple of times already. The rules will be edited so we have to wait till Rocker comes back I guess or Legion will take care.

Well in these questions its up to every person himself to make the decision if bending the rule is the right thing to do. It's no point in having the voting's if everybody thinks the same.  It would be good if this rule was edited because its never been followed and I doubt it will ever be. 

Cant we make 1 thread about this in another thread than the applicants apllications?

So basically you're saying to either follow the rules, which would mean kicking all the members who'd been let in for a second time. Including Heat, Wreckz not being able to join back, Ratchet and me.

Or you're saying to bent the rules one more time? I think Rocker has let in too many people, who he doesn't like, back in the clan. Yes including me. (Thanks to everyone for a second chance though.) But also with other people. It is just my opinion, and probably have I no rights at all to say this, but I think we should close applications of old members, who are trying to join back, instantly, and never let them back in. After all, most of the members will leave for other clans, or to play CG. Trust me, don't do it.

Although Wreckz should be left out of this story, since he actually deserves to be back in this clan. IMO

And what is the point of bending rules really? -Joining a clan -Leaving it -3 months later, OH WELCOMEBACK.
And after all, every single person, without being mentally disabled, and having a normal thinking capabillity, will know that bending one rule won't stick to one rule. 
Eventually people will begin complaining about other rules being just annoying for them. 
E.G. Adrian and mixing without the DVAS tag. For Drake to, that is.
So that would mean that we'll get even more complains up to the point that racism should be normal, just because one person doesn't like the Jihad. God bless the Jihad.

You really don't need to.  Rocker has stated many times that it's up to you guys to vote whether you think they should or shouldn't be allowed back in the clan.  Ignore the written rule for the time being and just freaking vote.  No more... "But this says that they can't join back again, so I must vote no."... No no, that's not what Rocker has verbally said, he said to vote what YOU think.  Just vote and stop arguing. Please.
