Listen guys, he said no to the app. Now suddenly he wants to join again. Where does it say an applicant can do that? You wouldn't do that at a job interview, would you? 

He's made no effort on forum since, so he's caused confusion due to miscommunication.

He doesn't speak enough English, if any at all... 'Google translate' won't work here.

So why are you voting for him? I implore you reconsider your vote. Or it's gonna be another nameless face getting accepted in the clan for no apparent reason whatsoever other than: "I saw him on the server today, so I vote yes."

You're giving Starz a hard time even though he's putting himself out there, I don't see the same attitude with this guy. He's probably a good kid, but that shouldn't guilt trip you into making a decision.

Btw @ Yuvanth, you just said that we should give him a chance and that you want him in DVAS. Now you say that it would be better if he gets rejected. What's your final decision then?
