I just want to show you guys what I can do because RBL ranked up the favourites of the clan.

I think that it's nice that you're telling us you've got experience in management, but a CV (This has got to be the first I've seen for gaming references) doesn't get you as far as loyalty and activity will. It's good to know you can handle the things you say you do, I just don't understand who you're trying to prove yourself to.

Nice job, but who remember or make list of who you have recruit, I am not.

They thought all this wasn't good enough, so maybe I'm pushing myself so you guys can recognise me.

 We do recognize you. That's kind of my point.  If you keep doing what you've been doing this far many doors will be open for you. Just don't count on it happening when you wish it to, but when you've deserved it in other members' eyes. 

How do I rank up? How does someone become admin?

Mike, I suggest you stop asking this question. It has been answered many times. And I know this because anyone can go and see the answer on your application and you asked me in TS and I told you.  If you ask once, it's alright. But when you keep on, it doesn't just show you being determined. It shows that you don't have patience.

Members of DVAS are made admin when Rocker thinks we need admins, and he can find members that he believes is going to be a loyal member and continue to be so once admin.  This could be in a few weeks time or many months.  Just chill, it's not about being admin all the time. It's about being a part of the community and having fun.  Going after admin because it's something you want doesn't mean we'll give it to you faster.

I'm just not sure how to rank up :/ What will I need to do if I don't have any permissions to do it? Must I just get the person to do the recruitment form? No inductions or anything like that? And wait what you guys think of him?

To become admin (rank up), you just need to chill and have fun, be yourself. Here is no certain "things" you need to do become admin. Like Legion said Rocker and/or Wreckz will say when we need new admins and they will pick few, modes and admins can recomend some ppl also.

It might take 2 weeks or 1 year to become admin. Usually those ppl who are loyal and act like themself become faster admins then those who are trying to hard or not active. Idk how to else to say that... Activity is big thing = playing, chatting in xf and reading + posting (when needed, not spamming) on forum.

In one sentece hot to become admin:
Be active, just chill and have fun.

Pro tip: dont lick Cockers arse:)

More you ask, less you have chance to be admin. You seem to be in this team just to be admin. Just play, be active, act like a normal member. If we need admin Rocker will choose best members for this position. Actually, servers are empty so we don't need right now

This isnt true. Ofc you can ask, if you have something you need to ask. But first try to contact other with xf, ingame, pm (forum), if you dont get answers or you need to ask something from many clan members (like problems with pc, game etc.) you can make topic.
